TheAssistant Director position is a 40hr/week, salary position. The main role is to assist the Director in whatever they may need. This role requires a lot of flexibility and hands on training and assessing of the staff to ensure DSS compliance for all classrooms. Duties may include, but are not limited to:
- Maintains all student files with Director
- Keeps track of all immunization records
- General office duties
- Monitors enrollment board & staff board with Director
- Supervises transitions
- Fills in for the Director when needed
- Maintains positive work culture with open door policy for all
- Organizes all fundraisers and missions with Director
- Prepares copies of new student/staff paperwork
- Creates and maintains all billing plans
- Provides behavioral support to students/creates behavior plans with teachers and Director
- Assists/Creates welcome packets for all classrooms with Lead Teacher
- Conducts evaluations, observations and employee check ins with Director
- Keeps up with our monthly employee investment projects
- Keeps track of staff training hours with Director
- Maintains a consistent/cost effective budget for supplies
- Orders all supplies for facility
