Position Description
Duties and Responsibilities
- Applicant tracking
- Accident Data Entry
- Vista training updates
- OJT training coordination
- Employee referral tracking
- Quarterly employee newsletters
- Annual PR-1391s
- Recruitment
- Post positions & follow up with candidates
- New Hire Orientation/Paperwork
- Coordinate onboarding logistics and conduct weekly new hire orientation
- Schedule pre-employment drug tests
- Ensure all new hire paperwork is completed
- E-Verify entry
- SC New Hire? entry
- Data Entry, paperwork, filing
- Payroll Deductions/Garnishments
- Levy’s
- Child Support
- Damage Claims
- Etc.
- Fuel System
- Set up employees
- Prepare HR Documents
- New Hire Packets
- 401K Census Updates
- Work Opportunity Tax Credit Documentation (WOTC)
- All other duties as assigned
Position Requirements
Required skills/qualifications:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Positive Attitude.
- Spreadsheet preparation and tracking skills.
- Presentation skills.
- Advanced problem solving and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills
Experience required:
- Degree in HR related field preferred
- At least 2-3 years' related experience
