Mold Remediation Technician- Multi Family Construction

Palmetto Environmental Solutions has an immediate opening for multiple Technicians. This position will be in training to become a Crew Lead. Looking for experienced workers who have a multi family wood framing construction background. This is a traveling position, Monday-Thursday, 50%-75% outside of Mount Pleasant, SC.

Starting pay is $20/hr based on relevant experience monthly bonus potential up to $5/hr. We supply all training and equipment. After 90 days, Technicians are qualified for paid company holidays, and 2 weeks Paid Time Off per year, on an accrual schedule.

Palmetto Environmental Solutions specializes in mold remediation and prevention for multi family developments in the construction process.

Position Requirements:

• 75% travel Monday-Thursday, generally within 5 hours of Mount Pleasant. Per diem and single occupancy hotel rooms included for travel days.
• Minimum of 5 years construction experience
• Willing and able to learn new skills
• Physically able to lift 40lbs and work in a commercial construction environment
• Responsible work ethic including availability and punctuality
• Valid driver’s license and transportation to and from the office each day
• Able to pass background check
• Able to pass drug screening

General working hours are 8am-6pm Monday through Thursday.
