Qualifications:
- A Customer Service Representative ("CSR") is an entry level position with opportunities for growth and advancement within the company.
- An CSR's duties include scheduling, answering a multi-line telephone, managing customer correspondence, maintaining and updating customer account information in a windows-based software program and supporting all facets of the branch operations
- This position requires someone who is organized; detail-oriented; has strong customer service skills; has good written and verbal communication skills; is computer literate including knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Windows Based Software Programs; and who has the ability to work well with others.
- No prior experience in the industry is necessary and paid training is provided.
