Responsibilities:
- Perform fertilization services to our growing customer base
- Properly use, care for, and maintain equipment used to perform services
- Ensure timely and accurate completion of services.
Qualifications:
- Strong communication skills and comfort in customer interactions.
- Willingness to learn and undergo paid training.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, growth-oriented environment.
- Full-time availability.
- Must pass background and drug screening.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20 per hour, with potential to exceed hourly rate with commissions ranging from 15-20%
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
