Summary
We are hiring for a compassionate and dedicated caregiver to assist our client with ADL’s; while also providing companionship and encouragement towards the road of independence again. Experience preferred, but willing to train enthusiastic candidate. This position is Monday-Friday from 9am-5pm
Key Responsibilities
- Provide personal care services to clients, including assistance with daily living activities.
- Support clients with specialized care for neurological disorders and autism.
- Maintain a safe and clean environment for clients while adhering to health and safety standards.
- Document client progress and communicate effectively with family members and healthcare professionals.
- Assist with meal preparation and ensure proper nutrition for clients.
- Engage clients in meaningful activities that promote their well-being and independence.
- Follow HIPAA regulations to protect client confidentiality and privacy.
- Build strong relationships with clients and their families to enhance their overall experience.
