To Qualify for This Position, You'll Need the Following:
Bachelor's
Required Work Experience
11 years of job-related experience including 6 years of progressively responsible health related work experience.
Either 5 years of management experience OR 5 years of equivalent military experience in grade E4 of above.
Demonstrated experience in strategic planning.

Experience in proposal development and program management (PMP).

What You'll Do
Operational Compliance and Business Operations:
- Ensure system and operational compliance with CMS directives.
- Establish, guide, and analyze the effectiveness of business operations against benchmarks developed as measures of success.
- Analyze performance trends and develop new or modified work processes to improve overall operations quality, timeliness, customer satisfaction, and financial outcomes.
- Direct, develop, evaluate, and motivate subordinates to achieve and maintain production and quality standards.
- Participate in the development of the corporate strategic plan.
- Implement a divisional strategic plan with goals supportive of the corporate strategic plan.
- Manage the budget to ensure cost-effectiveness and performance quality.
- Serve as a liaison and maintain proactive working relationships with CMS and other Medicare program leadership or state leadership as needed by contract definition.
- Investigate and resolve action items assigned by executive management.
- Resolve priority level problems from providers, beneficiaries, CMS, and/or state agencies.
