Job Scope/Purpose:


Palmetto Industrial Services, Inc. is a leading provider of industrial services, committed to safety, efficiency, and operational excellence. We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Part-Time Office Administrator to support our Operations, HR, and Accounting teams. This position will be based out of our Moncks Corner, SC location.


Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist with scheduling, work order processing, and maintaining company records.

  • Maintain inventory of office and operational supplies, ensuring timely restocking.

  • Help ensure employee hours are verified and correct in the payroll system.

  • Maintain employee records and assist with onboarding documentation

  • Track training certifications and schedule required courses.

  • Assist with payroll processing and timekeeping verification.

  • Collect and verify credit card receipts from employees to ensure timely expense tracking.

  • Ensure all work orders are completed, signed, and submitted to accounting in a timely manner.

  • Support reporting and record-keeping for financial transactions.

  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in office administration, HR, or accounting support preferred.

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.


    Schedule:

    • Part time role (20-25 hours per week)

    • Flexible schedule based on business needs.
