Job Scope/Purpose:
Palmetto Industrial Services, Inc. is a leading provider of industrial services, committed to safety, efficiency, and operational excellence. We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Part-Time Office Administrator to support our Operations, HR, and Accounting teams. This position will be based out of our Moncks Corner, SC location.
Job Responsibilities:
Assist with scheduling, work order processing, and maintaining company records.
Maintain inventory of office and operational supplies, ensuring timely restocking.
Help ensure employee hours are verified and correct in the payroll system.
Maintain employee records and assist with onboarding documentation
Track training certifications and schedule required courses.
Assist with payroll processing and timekeeping verification.
Collect and verify credit card receipts from employees to ensure timely expense tracking.
Ensure all work orders are completed, signed, and submitted to accounting in a timely manner.
Support reporting and record-keeping for financial transactions.
Other duties as assigned.
Previous experience in office administration, HR, or accounting support preferred.Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
Schedule:Part time role (20-25 hours per week)
