About the Role :
The MAC Supervisor oversees and supports Market Account Coordinators (MACs) to ensure efficient operations, effective communication, and consistent adherence to organizational standards. This role involves providing leadership, training, and process improvement, as well as managing administrative responsibilities for the MAC team.
Schedule : Monday - Friday; 8 : 00 AM - 5 : 00 PM.
Service Areas : South Carolina / North Carolina.
Minimum Qualifications :
Experience / Education :
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Bachelor degree or relevant healthcare license or experience.
- 1 year of relevant experience in market account coordination, account management, or a similar field
- Proficient at partner programs (i.e. : MS Outlook, Word, Excel).
- Ability to cope with ambiguous, changing environment while under pressure in a calm
- Must be able to work as a team member and develop productive and cooperative working relationships with all members of the Palmetto Infusion team.
