As a Lube Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our customers' units are running smoothly and safely.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine oil changes and fluid checks on various types of units.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively to complete maintenance tasks.
- Conduct tire services, including rotations and alignments, as needed.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area to ensure safety and efficiency.
- Provide excellent customer service by communicating clearly with clients about their units needs.
- Assist in diagnosing unit issues and recommend appropriate services.
- Keep accurate records of services performed on each vehicle.
Skills
- Basic mechanical knowledge.
- Proficient in using hand tools and power tools for maintenance tasks.
- Experience in golf cart or powersport maintenance is preferred but not required.
- Excellent customer service skills to interact positively with clients.
- Ability to perform tire service tasks, including alignment adjustments or a willingness to learn.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain high-quality standards in work.
