Palmetto Pain Management is an interventional pain management practice seeking a motivated Front Desk Patient Coordinator to join our team. Our facility is known for our friendly, outgoing, and professional staff.
Our perfect candidate is a driven, charismatic, task-oriented, outgoing, logical thinking, multi-tasker who is willing to go the extra mile to make sure our patients are treated with the highest level of care.
Must be a fast learner, possess amazing communication skills, and have excellent phone etiquette.

Major Responsibilities (include but not limited to):
- Scheduling Patients
- Greeting patients
- Patient file preparation and management
- Customer Service "Rockstar"
- Collecting Payments
- Verifying Insurance
- Data Entry
- Manage multiple providers' schedules and patient flow
- Multitasking while building and maintaining patient relationships
