Must be a fast learner, possess exceptional communication skills, and demonstrate excellent phone etiquette. Familiarity with medical terminology is a plus, but comprehensive training can be provided.

Major Responsibilities (include but not limited to):
- Calculating and explaining out-of-pocket procedure costs to patients while maintaining a supportive and understanding approach
- Coordinating and scheduling procedures both in-person and via phone
- Managing multiple providers' procedure schedules efficiently
- Verifying insurance coverage and benefits for scheduled procedures
- Preparing and organizing procedure-related documentation
- Building and maintaining positive patient relationships while handling sensitive financial discussions
- Processing payments and managing financial arrangements for procedures
- Ensuring smooth patient flow and coordination between departments for scheduled procedures
