Assistant Director / Mom’s Morning Out Teacher

Palmetto Preschool-Northchase is seeking a dedicated and energetic **Assistant Director / Mom’s Morning Out Teacher** to join our leadership team! This unique, full-time position combines teaching in our Mom’s Morning Out program with entry-level leadership responsibilities.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Lead the **Mom’s Morning Out** program, fostering a nurturing and engaging environment for young children.
- Support the **day-to-day operations** of the school, assisting with administrative duties and staff support.
- Ensure **high-quality, relationship-based care** in alignment with our early learning philosophy.
- Close the school daily, working **until 6:00 p.m.**
**Qualifications:**
- At least **one year of lead teacher experience** in a licensed childcare setting.
- **Associate’s degree or higher** in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- A passion for early childhood education and a commitment to providing a warm, welcoming environment for children and families.
