Are you passionate about shaping young minds and creating a positive impact? Our Northchase location (4304 Henson Drive, Wilmington, NC 28405) is seeking a full-time Preschool Assistant to join our team and help foster a nurturing, educational environment where children thrive.

What You’ll Do:

As a Preschool Assistant, you’ll:

• Support the lead teacher in implementing lesson plans and activities that promote learning and development.
• Assist with daily routines such as snack time, rest time, and classroom transitions.
• Foster a safe, inclusive, and engaging classroom environment.
• Build positive relationships with children, parents, and staff.
• Encourage creativity, curiosity, and growth in young learners.

What We’re Looking For:

• At least 6 months of experience in a licensed childcare facility, Your NC Credentials OR an associate’s degree (or higher) in Early Childhood Education.
• A positive attitude and a passion for working with children.
