Small but busy primary care( adults only) medical practice seeks pleasant, experienced office manager to assist with daily, routine, office administration and staff supervision. Moderate, daily patient volume with high touch responsiveness. Must have experience managing a small medical practice which includes but is not limited to front office/customer service, insurance verification, billing and payment collection, electronic medical records and practice management software for scheduling and patient charts. Seeking candidate who is dependable, punctual, detail oriented, flexible, able to quickly solve problems, think on their feet and makes minimal errors. Supervises, two MAs and one receptionist. Salary commensurate with experience. Health benefit after three months. 401 K after 6 month. Holiday and personal leave offered. 25 to 30 hours per week.
