Job Description: We are hiring a full time mobile car detailer to manage and operate the mobile car detailing component of the company
- We are looking for someone with experience in both exterior and interior detailing
- Power washing, waxing, and polishing car exterior
- Air extracting, brush vacuuming, steam cleaning, and deodorizing interior
- A driver's license and good driving record is required
There is significant interaction with customers every day, so we are looking for someone with excellent customer relationship skills.
The business is growing quickly and we will be expanding our hours and need someone that can grow with the business in the coming years.
Job Responsibilities Include:
- Taking booking requests from customers and making mobile detailing appointments
- Operating mobile detailing van to service client vehicles at their home and business
- Billing and taking payments from clients
- Assisting at shop location when there is not a mobile appointment
- Helping shop owner with a variety of tasks as they arise
Compensation:
- Starting at $18-20/hr depending on skills and experience
- Staff at the shop and on mobile detailing receive significant daily tips due to the quality of work - tips are pooled across the company and paid weekly on paychecks
- Revenue sharing offered after a period of full-time employment
