Key Responsibilities:
- Campaign Development: implement and manage multi-channel demand generation campaigns in HubSpot to drive lead acquisition and conversion
- Lead Nurturing: Develop and execute lead nurturing programs to move prospects through the sales funnel and increase conversion rates
- Content Creation: Collaborate with the content team to create compelling and relevant content for call sequences and CTA through the various stages of the buyer’s journey
- CRM Management: Utilize HubSpot to track, analyze, and report on campaign performance, lead generation, and ROI
- SEO & SEM: Optimize search engine campaigns and manage paid search initiatives to increase brand visibility and traffic
- Email Marketing: Execute inbound and outbound email marketing campaigns to engage and nurture leads
- Analytics & Reporting: Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement
- Collaboration: Work closely with sales, product, and other marketing teams to align demand generation efforts with overall business goals
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field
- 1- 3 years of experience in demand generation, digital marketing, or a similar role
- Proficiency in HubSpot CRM and marketing automation tools
- Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, and PPC strategies
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in B2B Marketing. MSP Experience a plus
- Knowledge of digital marketing strategies and tools
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities
