Litigation Associate 2-5 Year

Palmieri Tyler seeks an associate attorney with a demonstrated interest in employment and business litigation for its Irvine office. Applicants with experience in law and motion, written discovery and depositions and wage and hour class actions preferred. 

Qualifications

·        Licensed to practice law in the State of California

·        JD from an accredited law school

·        2-5 years of experience

·        Interest and experience in employment litigation

Responsibilities

·        Discovery, law and motion and other case related pleadings

·        Legal research and writing

·        Court appearances and depositions

·        Case management responsibilities

·        Client and third-party communications

·        Depositions

·        Trial Preparation
