What are the responsibilities and job description for the Golf Inside Services Attendant position at Palmilla Beach?
Key Responsibilities of the Golf Inside Services Attendant are:
- Ensures customer satisfaction and positive relations through daily interactions with all guest
- Delivers and promotes prompt, courteous and friendly service to all guests and employees as the first point of contact
- Answers phones to make Tee times and answer questions
- Help oversee proper merchandise handling procedures
- Prepare and maintain cleanliness and organization of outside areas, including carts and driving range area
- Works in conjunction with other Golf staff, practicing positive communication and teamwork at all times
- Operating, maintaining and cleaning golf carts, and other equipment in a safe manner
- Incorporates safe work practices in job performance.
- Performs other duties as required.
Minimum Qualifications for the Golf Inside Services Attendant:
- One month related experience or training, or will train
- Must have a valid Driver's License.
Other Qualifications:
- Regular and reliable attendance.
Available to work weekends, evenings and holidays
