Today we seek a Maintenance Assistant Leader who will lead, by example, quality apartment turns for our Lakefield Mews property, 395 apartment homes in Richmond, VA. This individual has experience in and prioritizes quality control with their apartment turns. This person is also responsible for the upkeep of the property through the repair and maintenance of buildings and supporting equipment.
Salary range : $38,000-$42,000
We are looking for a leader with knowledge and experience in some of the following areas, most importantly turning a quality apartment for re-occupancy. :
- General Building Repair
- Plumbing
- Appliance Repair
- Electrical
- HVAC
- Technology skills :
Basic computer skills : Must be able to use MS Office 365 platforms and operate a mobile device.
Proficient in English, both written and verbal communication skills are required.

This is an hourly, non-exempt position, FLSA Overtime Status position. The stated salary range represents potential compensation earned through base salary and bonus opportunities.
