We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Representative to join our team, specializing in custom home sales. If you have a passion for real estate, a strong understanding of home design and construction, and a talent for building lasting client relationships, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships by understanding their vision and guiding them through the custom home building process.
  • Clearly communicate complex design concepts, construction timelines, and financial options to clients.
  • Collaborate with architects, contractors, and designers to ensure client expectations are met.
  • Provide market insights to position our homes competitively and help clients make informed decisions.
  • Manage all contracts, documentation, and project details with precision.

  • Strong communication skills: Ability to listen carefully to clients’ needs and explain processes clearly.
  • Sales expertise: Proven track record in building trust with clients, closing deals, and negotiating effectively.
  • Knowledge of construction and design: Familiarity with architectural principles and construction practices is a must.
  • Attention to detail: Ensure all aspects of the home design and contract process are executed to perfection.
  • Problem-solving abilities: Stay calm under pressure and offer creative solutions to unexpected challenges.
  • Market savvy: Up-to-date knowledge of the local real estate market, zoning laws, and financing options.
  • Professionalism: A reliable, polished, and client-focused approach in every interaction.

Job Type: Full-time

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekends as needed

Experience:

  • Sales: 2 years (Preferred)

Language:

  • Spanish (Preferred)

License/Certification:

  • Real Estate License (Preferred)

Ability to Relocate:

  • Spring Hill, FL 34606: Relocate before starting work (Required)
