Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced SAP S/4HANA SCM Functional Lead to join our client's team in the Manufacturing sector. This on-site role in Northern New Jersey requires a strong understanding of SAP Supply Chain Management (SCM) processes, configuration, and best practices. The ideal candidate will have expertise in SAP S/4HANA and a proven track record in leading functional implementations and enhancements. S/4HANA Cloud experience is a plus.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and drive SAP S/4HANA SCM functional design, implementation, and optimization efforts.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into SAP solutions.
- Configure and customize multiple SAP SCM modules like MM, PP, WM, EWM, and IBP as per business needs.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams including Finance, Procurement, and Logistics to ensure seamless integration.
- Provide leadership and guidance to end users, ensuring best practices and process improvements.
- Manage and support SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud initiatives, if applicable.
- Oversee data migration, testing, and user training for successful deployment.
- Troubleshoot and resolve SAP SCM-related issues efficiently.
Qualifications & Experience:
- 8 years of SAP SCM functional experience with at least one full-cycle S/4HANA implementation.
- Strong knowledge of Manufacturing industry supply chain processes.
- Hands-on experience with SAP MM, PP, WM, EWM, and IBP modules.
- Experience in SAP S/4HANA Cloud is a plus.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work on-site in Northern New Jersey full-time.
Preferred Skills:
- SAP certifications in SCM or S/4HANA are a plus.
- Experience in Agile methodologies for SAP project execution.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
