Job Summary:
The Certified Nursing Aide is expected to provide excellent care for all residents of PARC Hall including assisting with resident activities of daily living (ADLs), bathing and feeding residents, resident daily cares and functions, and assists with additional duties as requested or assigned. For more specifics on job duties and responsibilities, see job description. Primary duties will focus on Bath Aide for residents. Part-time - 8 hours per week or 16 hours per pay period.
Education/Requirements/Knowledge/Skills:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Requires current State of Iowa active nursing aide certification.
- Requires completion of 75 hour State approved training course for nurse aides.
- Prior experience preferred as a certified nursing assistance.
- Strong customer service, organizational and multi-tasking skills necessary.
- Basic knowledge of quality resident care.
- Must be extremely detail-oriented, high level of time management skills, team player and able to adapt quickly to changing environment.
