SUMMARY
Our revolutionary, next generation network security products are the vanguard of the enterprise security industry, leading the way in the fight to protect our digital way of life. Before our products ever see the light of day, they are used extensively by employees of Palo Alto Networks and we call this the ‘First Customer Network’. Acting as Evangelist, Pre & Post Sales Guru and Product Manager, the Director of our First Customer Network will be the point person for roll-out, adoption and customer advocate for the First Customer Network.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Drive the IT alpha / beta rollout, adoption, learnings, and share feedback of Palo Alto Networks products internally with R&D, Product Management, Support, Services and other teams.
- Develop knowledge base and collateral (white papers, videos, best practice use cases, first customer web site, etc.) which showcase internal implementations for current and potential customers.
- Present to current and potential customers as part of pre / post sales initiatives to share best practices and learnings from internal IT.
