This technical leader will have a successful track record in the delivery of software products with proven experience in building, motivating, and managing a strong team of software architects, web developers, and software engineers. This role will manage the day-to-execution by development and architecture teams for all tasks required to drive completion of engineering projects on time and within budget.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Provide high-level technical direction and management oversight to our management software development efforts.
• Build and maintain an engineering team that involves designing, developing, and maintaining network security management software.
• Work across Software Engineering to build relationships with other teams. Use their feedback and understand their goals to build and prioritize a roadmap for your organization.
• Mentor and guide the professional and technical development of your team members. Help develop their careers, ensure they progress their skill levels, understand their work styles, and apply that understanding toward helping them set and reach professional goals.
• Lay out the technology architecture for both immediate and long-term growth.
