Job Description

  • Education required
  • Investment Management
  • Lead investment identification, due diligence, and execution across equities, fixed
  • income, alternatives, real estate, venture capital, and private equity.
  • Oversee the monitoring and reporting of performance on all investment holdings.
  • Build and maintain relationships with external fund managers, bankers, and brokers.

Accounting & Controls

  • Manage all accounting functions, ensuring accurate books and records.
  • Develop and enforce internal controls to protect assets and streamline cash flows.
  • Oversee timely completion of financial statements, tax documents, and regulatory
  • filings.

    • Budgeting & Expense Management

  • Establish and maintain annual budgets, forecasting, and cost optimization strategies.
  • Create transparency and accountability across all cost centers, including vendor
  • agreements and payroll.

    • Vendor & Partner Relations

  • Negotiate, monitor, and review contracts with key vendors and partners.
  • Serve as the primary interface for external service providers, including legal counsel,
  • auditors, and public relations firms.

    • Organizational Leadership

  • Recruit, mentor, and lead a small, high-performing team of finance and operations
  • professionals.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement strategic growth initiatives.
  • Maintain a culture of meticulous attention to detail, high ethical standards, and
  • impeccable client service.

    • Migration & In-House Integration

  • Lead the transition of all financial operations currently managed by a multi-family
  • office.
  • Establish and implement new systems, workflows, and best practices within the family
  • office.
