We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Chief Legal Officer to provide strategic legal leadership across our family office and accelerator. The ideal candidate will support our leadership teams while aligning legal strategies with our family and business goals.
Strategic Leadership
Act as the principal legal advisor to our leadership teams within the family office and accelerator.
Develop and implement a comprehensive legal strategy that aligns with family and business objectives.
Lead negotiations in M&A, venture investments, and strategic partnerships.
Manage legal risk and compliance frameworks across the enterprise.
Family Office Legal Affairs
Provide legal oversight for all activities within the family office.
Expertly structure and manage matters related to estate planning, wealth transfer, and family governance.
Oversee agreements for household staff, vendor contracts, and property management services.
Collaborate with external counsel, tax advisors, and other key service providers.
Accelerator & Technology
Create a scalable legal infrastructure to support the growth of the accelerator from investment through to exit.
Structure and negotiate investment deals, term sheets, and financing rounds.
Oversee intellectual property strategy and protection for our portfolio companies.
Guide portfolio companies through critical stages, including fundraising.
Ensure regulatory compliance, particularly with respect to blockchain and AI technologies.
Develop standardized documentation and agreements for the accelerator program.
Operational Excellence
Select and manage relationships with external legal counsel.
Implement innovative legal technology solutions to enhance efficiency.
Oversee the legal budget and allocate resources effectively.
Maintain corporate records and manage regulatory filings across multiple jurisdictions.
Develop and execute compliance programs, including conducting regular audits.

Oversee employment agreements, contractor relationships, and human resources policies.
Manage immigration issues for international talent.
Handle employment-related disputes with the utmost confidentiality and professionalism.
