Children’s Scheduling & Logistics
- Manage and coordinate children’s daily and long-term schedules, ensuring all activities,
- school obligations, and appointments are accounted for.
- Organize and facilitate school communications, including teacher correspondence,
- assignments, and academic updates.
- Oversee custody schedule management, ensuring smooth transitions between households
- and effective communication regarding logistics.
- Arrange and oversee children’s tutoring, academic support, and extracurricular activities.
- Maintain close communication with educators, coaches, and tutors to ensure academic
- and developmental progress.
- Plan and manage children’s social events, birthday celebrations, and extracurricular
- outings.
- Handle all aspects of children’s travel, including booking flights, accommodations, packing,
- and travel documents.
- Coordinate effectively between both parents’ households, ensuring consistency and clear
- communication regarding schedules and expectations.
- Work collaboratively with household staff to provide continuity in care and lifestyle for the
