We are seeking a dynamic Financial Executive Officer who will take charge of our financial strategies and operations. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in investment management, accounting, budgeting, and organizational leadership.
- Investment Management
Lead the identification, due diligence, and execution of investments across various asset classes, including equities, fixed income, alternatives, real estate, venture capital, and private equity. Monitor and report on the performance of investment holdings while fostering relationships with external fund managers, bankers, and brokers.
Oversee all accounting functions to ensure accurate financial records. Develop and implement internal controls to safeguard assets and optimize cash flow. Ensure the timely completion of financial statements, tax documents, and regulatory filings.
Create and maintain annual budgets, forecasts, and cost optimization strategies. Promote transparency and accountability across all cost centers, including vendor agreements and payroll.
Negotiate and review contracts with key vendors and partners. Serve as the main point of contact for external service providers, such as legal counsel, auditors, and public relations firms.
Recruit, mentor, and lead a talented team of finance and operations professionals. Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement strategic growth initiatives. Uphold a culture of meticulous attention to detail, high ethical standards, and exceptional client service.
Direct the transition of all financial operations currently managed by a multi-family office. Establish and implement new systems, workflows, and best practices within the family office.
