Job Summary: Performs the duties of a receptionist. Maintains all clerical duties of the shift, including updating of patient records, and admission/discharge clerical procedures. Performs under the direction and supervision of a professional nurse.
Qualifications/Reporting:
Required minimum education: High School graduate or equivalent. Clerical and medical terminology experience preferred.
Required minimum experience: One-year experience in a medical setting preferred.
Required skills (if applicable): Ability to read and write English, effective oral and written communication skills and the ability to comprehend and follow verbal or written instructions.
Required license/certification: Current BLS certification.
