Palo Verde Behavioral Health is searching for a Manager of Performance Improvement!
The Manager of Performance Improvement is responsible for directing and monitoring the facility-wide quality management assessment and quality performance improvement program, ensuring the facility programs are in compliance with all regulatory agencies to include: TJC, AHCCCS, other and State & Federal agencies.

Minimum Education: Bachelor’s Degree required.
Minimum Experience: Two (2) -Four (4) years experience in quality management/improving organizational performance, preferably within an acute psychiatric treatment setting.
Additional Requirements: A strong knowledge of TJC, AHCCCS, HCFA, OSHA and Patient Rights standards, and any other applicable federal and state laws and regulations governing mental health care facilities.
Palo Verde Behavioral Health Hospital provides comprehensive behavioral healthcare for children, adolescents, adults, and senior adults suffering from mental health and addictive illnesses. PVBH is an 84-bed, short-term, acute care hospital offering inpatient, partial and intensive outpatient hospitalization, as well as specialized treatment programs for chemical dependency.
