- Job Summary :
We are seeking a Director of Finance / Business Operations to oversee all financial and operational aspects of our Business Office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for financial planning, budgeting, accounting, and ensuring the overall financial health of the company. Additionally, this role will involve managing business operations to improve efficiency and maximize profitability.
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or equivalent education. CPA license required.
5 years of experiences in related fields including 1 - 2 years of supervisory experience.
Proven experience in a senior financial management position
Strong knowledge of financial regulations, accounting principles, and financial analysis
Strong verbal, written and interpersonal skills
Excellent leadership and management skills
Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Proficiency in financial software and MS Office
Develop and implement financial strategies to drive business growth and profitability
Manage financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes
Oversee financial reporting, analysis, and audits
Monitor assets, cash flow, financial performance, and risk management
Lead, mentor and train department staff, ensure accuracy of work product of the department
Collaborate with department managers and executives to make strategic business decisions
Streamline business operations to optimize efficiency and productivity
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies
Identify opportunities for cost reduction and revenue generation
Present financial reports and insights to the executive team and board of directors.
Serves as company liaison to bank representatives, government officials, auditors and others as directed.
Develop and maintain records management system for all fiscal records, ensure integrity and reliability of records.
Protects assets and sensitive financial records by establishing, monitoring and enforcing internal controls.
