Dental Office Manager
We are seeking an experienced, collaborative individual to join our team at Paloma Creek Dental in Aubrey, TX, as a Dental Office Manager. As part of our team, you are responsible for meeting financial performance and revenue growth goals while managing the operations of the practice and ensuring an excellent patient experience. Establishes systems and processes which result in patient satisfaction, patient retention, case acceptance, employee engagement, and provider engagement. Responsible for practice operations systems and provides support to all functioning areas, including administrative support to the front and back office.

Duties and Responsibilities
- Build a strong team that supports a happy doctor and excellence in patient care
- Be the liaison between the doctor and the team / doctor and the patients
- Groom leaders on the team to help support practice growth
- Track and measure practice success.
- Future forecast for growth
Requirements and Qualifications
- A minimum of 3 years dental experience and 2 years in a leadership role
- An understanding of the fundamentals of the business side of a practice
- High level of organization and leadership
- Strong business acumen and usage of tools such as Word, Excel (Dental Practice Management Software is a plus)
- HR knowledge
- Associate degree or several years of relevant experience
- Excellent communication, problem solving and leadership skills.
- Familiarity with electronic billing, account receivables, and insurance processes
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
