As a prep or line cook, you are responsible for preparing food in accordance with club recipes and standards and maintaining the day-to-day food production in your specific area while ensuring a clean, sanitary and safe work environment. Our kitchens are humming and plating up fresh, artful dishes at each venue. You will enjoy being part of this high quality back-of-house act that is highly valued!
