As an apprentice, you will assist our skilled Maintenance team with daily tasks and projects, providing you with exposure to foundational principles that can jump-start your career in the building trades. Assist with Routine Maintenance: Work with the team on tasks such as repairing walls, painting, basic carpentry, and replacing fixtures.
HVAC Basics: Learn the fundamentals of HVAC systems, including basic troubleshooting, filter replacement, and maintenance schedules.
Electrical Exposure: Observe and assist with simple electrical tasks, such as changing light bulbs, testing outlets, and troubleshooting minor issues.
Carpentry Projects: Support carpentry tasks, including small repairs, installations, and construction projects.
Preventative Maintenance: Help with inspections, upkeep, and documenting maintenance work to ensure the resort operates at its best.
Learn Safety Protocols: Follow all safety procedures and guidelines, ensuring a secure work environment for guests and staff.

Qualifications
Current high school, trade school, or college student with an interest in building maintenance, carpentry, painting, HVAC, or electrical work.

Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends, depending on business needs.
