Strong back required. This job is on-call as the snow falls!

Key Responsibilities
Use snow blowers, shovels, and ice-melting products to clear snow and ice from assigned areas.
Ensure walkways, entrances, and driveways remain clear and safe.
Follow safety procedures and utilize proper gear to prevent accidents and injuries.
Maintain and store snow removal equipment and tools properly.
Communicate any additional safety hazards, such as ice patches, that need further treatment.
Remain available to respond to call-outs for snow removal, often on short notice, during early morning or late-night hours.
Qualifications
Ability to work independently and efficiently in cold, challenging conditions.
Reliable transportation to respond to on-call requests promptly.
Physical Requirements
Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
Capability to operate snow removal equipment (snow blowers, shovels) for extended periods.
Comfortable working outdoors in cold, snowy, and icy conditions.
Frequent bending, lifting, and walking are required.
Sufficient stamina and physical strength to complete physically demanding tasks in adverse weather.
Work Environment
This position is entirely outdoors, often in cold and snowy conditions, and requires a proactive and reliable approach to ensure that areas remain safe for use.
