Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients
- Conduct regular assessments to evaluate patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of patient care
Requirements:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- ASHA certification or eligibility for certification
- Minimum of six months experience working with adults and geriatric populations
- Current licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist in the state of practice
- CPR certification
