The Details:
Operations Execution is a service organization within operations whose sole mission is to drive process and system efficiency. We serve to streamline workflows, implement automation, and act as an advocate for functional stakeholders to rapidly implement solutions. As partners to the organization, we consider processes and systems holistically and drive solutions that provide sustainable improvements for all stakeholders.
The Operations Execution Analyst will play a critical role in enhancing operational efficiency by analyzing workflows, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing solutions that align with our mission. This position requires a detail-oriented individual with strong analytical skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with various departments.
What will you do? (Job Duties)
· Analyze current operational processes to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements.
· Maintain and improve previously implemented solutions to ensure optimal performance.
· Support process documentation to maintain clarity and consistency across workflows.
· Provide analytical insights to identify bottlenecks and process breaks, facilitating timely resolutions.
· Collaborate with functional stakeholders to gather requirements and design effective solutions.
· Implement automation tools to streamline workflows and enhance productivity.
· Monitor and measure the impact of implemented solutions, adjusting strategies as needed.
· Prepare reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to management.
Requirements
What we are looking for: (Experience)
· Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
· 1-3 Years of industry experience or Operational experience
· Proven experience in process analysis and improvement, preferably in an operational setting.
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a commitment to data-driven decision making.
· Proficiency in communication to effectively collaborate with various teams and stakeholders.
· Familiarity with automation tools and process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) is a plus
· Proficiency in data analysis software (e.g., Excel, Tableau) and project management tools.

Pay Range: $67,000-$100,000
The above pay range is for all US-based roles based on function and level, benchmarked against companies of similar size and scope. To be compliant with local legislation as well as provide greater transparency to candidates, we disclose salary ranges on all job postings regardless of the desired job location. We also offer a competitive annual discretionary bonus program and the opportunity for annual long-term incentive stock grants. In addition, we offer a highly competitive benefits package. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors, including candidate experience and qualifications, and may vary from the amounts listed above.
