Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Leasing Consultant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing leasing operations and providing exceptional customer service to prospective tenants. Duties
- Assist prospective tenants in finding suitable rental properties by providing information on available units and conducting property tours.
- Manage the leasing process from application to move-in, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed accurately.
- Utilize OneSite software for data entry, maintaining accurate records of tenant applications, contracts, and lease agreements.
- Coordinate property maintenance requests and communicate effectively with maintenance staff to ensure timely resolutions.
- Maintain organized office files related to leasing activities, contracts, and tenant information.
- Ensure compliance with LIHTC (Low-Income Housing Tax Credit) regulations and Section 8 guidelines as applicable.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing tenant inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Assist in marketing efforts to attract potential tenants through various channels.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in property management or a related field is preferred.
- Familiarity with OneSite software is highly desirable.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail for effective file management and data entry tasks.
- Knowledge of legal administrative processes related to leasing agreements and contracts.
- Understanding of facilities management principles is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with clients and team members.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and customer service.

Pay: $18.00 - $19.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Rotating weekends
- Weekends as needed
