We are seeking a motivated, curious, and detail-oriented Jr. Actuarial Analyst with a strong analytical mindset to join our team. Pay Range: $67,000.00 - $90,000.00
The above pay range is for all US-based roles based on function and level, benchmarked against companies of similar size and scope. To be compliant with local legislation as well as provide greater transparency to candidates, we disclose salary ranges on all job postings regardless of the desired job location. We also offer a competitive annual discretionary bonus program and the opportunity for annual long-term incentive stock grants. In addition, we offer a highly competitive benefits package. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors, including candidate experience and qualifications, and may vary from the amounts listed above.

What will you do? (Job Duties)
- Assist in reserving analyses for assigned books of business using Arius and other actuarial tools.
- Support actuarial reporting, ensuring accuracy and quality in data analysis.
- Provide analytical support for reinsurance and pricing evaluations.
- Contribute to program reviews and assist in analyzing new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with other teams to enhance data-driven decision-making and support actuarial data needs.
- Participate in data development projects, improving internal databases and analytical capabilities.
- Engage in special projects and initiatives as assigned.
What we are looking for: (Experience)
- 0–3 years of experience in an actuarial or analytical role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with SQL, Python, R, or other programming languages.
- Exposure to actuarial concepts, insurance data, or predictive modeling.
- Experience or coursework related to Property and Casualty Insurance is preferred.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- A minimum of 1 actuarial exam passed, with a commitment to pursuing actuarial credentials (e.g., ACAS, FCAS).
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic work environment.
- Build strong relationships through transparency, trust, and respect for each other.
- Work in an agile environment, with a resilient mindset to find creative solutions to challenges.
