Medical Assistant / Scribe - Neurology / ENT

Our clinics are looking for eager individuals to join our specialty healthcare team!

We are looking for Medical Assistants for our Neurology clinic in Moscow and our ENT/Audiology clinic in Pullman.

MA Certification is not required but prior medical office experience is preferable.

***Pay is based on experience and certifications.***

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for preparation of patients to see the physician including obtaining vitals, patient history, and medication history
• Follow provider through his/her workday and chart patient encounters in real-time using EMR
• Record details of physical exam, including pertinent positives and negatives, noted abnormalities and patient general condition
• Record orders as desired by medical provider and provides consistent updates to the provider for completion of those orders
• Fulfill charting responsibilities and relay appropriate information to patient
• Manage and update charts to ensure all information is complete and filed appropriately
• Send and receive patient medical records, request and receive lab and x-ray reports, hospital notes and referral information
• Complete forms/requisitions as needed
• Order, sort, and store supplies as directed - restock exam rooms

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $17.00 per hour
