What are the responsibilities and job description for the Oncology Infusion RN - FT / PT / PRN available position at Palouse Specialty Physicians?
Seeking Oncology Infusion RNs to join our growing outpatient infusion clinic located in Moscow, ID.
Full-time, Part-time and PRN positions available.
Must be able to safely administer simple to complex infusion therapy for chemotherapy and non-chemotherapy treatments while assessing, prioritizing and monitoring patients. Additional responsibilities include but are not limited to: gathering vitals and patient information, triage, charting, cleaning treatment equipment, scheduling coordination, and educating patients and their family members on potential reactions and side-effects.
This position allows you to work within a collaborative team and provide compassionate care for patients with a wide variety of cancer diagnoses.
Qualifications:
- Must be a Registered Nurse with current licensure in the state of Idaho (or ability to be licensed in the state of Idaho)
- Minimum of 2 years of RN experience
- Previous oncology and infusion experience (preferred)
- Previous experience administering chemotherapy (preferred)
- Strong work ethic and ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment
- Excellent charting and documentation skills
Pay: Starting at $40.00/hour - based on years of RN experience and/or oncology experience
