The Creative Manager (CM) plays a pivotal role in shaping and strengthening the Palram Americas brand across all major marketing channels, aligning with corporate objectives. This position is responsible for providing visionary creative direction and ensuring a compelling and consistent brand presence across various platforms.


The CM will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop, visualize, and effectively communicate the value proposition of Palram products across multiple markets. Leading our creative efforts, the CM will either directly create or oversee external resources to develop high-quality design assets that enhance customer engagement and brand impact. The CM will ensure all materials are visually compelling, strategically aligned, and drive measurable results.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Conceptualize, design and/or spearhead the development of collateral, merchandising, displays & exhibits, sales enablement tools, presentations, key messaging, digital marketing, print advertising, video production, photography and promotions.

•    Provide design guidance to internal marketing team and manage outside agencies, design firms and freelancers to create, leverage and re-purpose theme-setting designs and creative work.

  • Develop sales tools, promotions and programs to effectively promote products and capabilities and drive revenue growth across all market segments.
  • Promote uniformity and consistency with Palram’s global brand standards in all marketing materials.
  • Provide design and messaging support for automated marketing programs, emails, social media, website/landing pages, and lead generation efforts to ensure flow of qualified leads for business unit’s sales team and tracking/measuring results.
  • Work collaboratively with sales and other marketing team members to align marketing initiatives with business unit goals, and content/messaging with intended target audiences.
  • Manage trade show/event strategy - booth design, messaging, product focus, and support materials.
  • Maintain awareness of competitors’ marketing activities.
  • Participate in sales activities to deepen understanding of customer base and present ideas for greater market penetration via joint sales calls and sales meetings.
  • Develop relationships/partnerships with industry OEMs, distributors, end users, etc to gain product feedback and market insights.
  • Provide creative support to other internal departments as required.

•    Stay up-to-date on new design trends, software, and platforms.

 

Qualifications:

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required. 

•      Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, with 7–10 years of experience in roles spanning graphic design, product marketing, brand development, and sales support.

•      Exceptional layout and design skills with meticulous attention to detail and accuracy. Extensive hands-on experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Acrobat, Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop).

•      Proven ability to translate business objectives into visually compelling marketing materials that drive engagement and results.

•      Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects, meet tight deadlines, and allocate resources efficiently

•      Thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, working cross-functionally and managing external vendors to deliver high-impact materials on time and within budget.

•      Experience in photography, photo editing, and managing professional photographers. Video production skills are highly preferred, including familiarity with Adobe Premiere Pro and working with videographers.

•      Experience in designing trade show booths and/or product displays

•      Familiarity with AI-powered tools to improve workflow efficiencies and optimize creative production.

•      Experience in both B2B and B2C marketing strategies.

•      Strong understanding of print production processes

•      Occasional travel may be required for trade shows, customer and/or vendor visits.

•      Standard work hours are 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM, with additional hours as needed to meet deadlines.

•      Candidates must provide examples of past creative work and marketing campaigns showcasing their expertise and impact.

Additional Experience that would be considered a plus:

•      Experience in automated marketing tools

•      Experience in marketing to a distribution network (one-step/two-step) and/or direct to consumer

•      Knowledge of plastic fabrication processes (ie routing, cutting, v-grooving, thermoforming.
