PALS, Inc. is a leading provider of services for adults with intellectual disabilities with locations in Santa Barbara, Ventura, and Los Angeles Counties. Our specialty at PALS Carpinteria is working with fun adults who also have Autism.
We are presently seeking a young professional who who wants to learn how to identify, chart, and work with a variety of behavioral challenges; a professional who is able to learn and model effective communications strategies, learn how to help people cope with life challenges, and support people's growth with step-by-step planning and achievement.
This position has flexible hours and may be full or part-time position, Monday -Friday between the hours of 10 PM -8 AM; and Sat-Sun between the hours of 10 PM -8 AM. The shift provides a comfortable setting from which to monitor residents overnight, assist them in the morning to wake up, and to get ready for day program, then concluding shift with the residents' departure.
