About Role
We are seeking a Senior Vehicle Integration Engineer or Tech Lead to lead and execute the integration of key automotive systems, ensuring seamless interaction between powertrain, chassis, body, ADAS, infotainment, and other components. You will play a pivotal role in full-vehicle validation, testing, and homologation while working cross-functionally with subsystems, software, supply chain and manufacturing teams.

Role Description
- Lead vehicle integration efforts, ensuring mechanical, electrical, thermal, and software systems work harmoniously.
- Drive homologation and regulatory certification processes to meet safety and performance standards, including FMVSS, EPA, CARB, FCC, IIHS, and so on.
- Coordinate CAE analysis to support structural, thermal, and other optimizations for vehicle performance and safety.
- Develop and execute test plans for validation of vehicle performance, safety, and regulatory compliance.
- Work closely with manufacturing, supply chain, and program management teams to ensure seamless design-to-production transition.
- Oversee vehicle architecture development, focusing on ADAS, infotainment, powertrain, and system-level optimization.
- Collaborate with ADAS engineers to integrate ADAS HW / SW functionalities into vehicle systems.
- Lead full-vehicle validation, including durability, NVH, EMC, thermal, and crash testing.
- Identify and resolve vehicle integration challenges through root cause analysis, failure mode assessments, and corrective actions.
