What are the responsibilities and job description for the Production Associates 12 hour shifts 6pm - 6am only position at Palziv North America Inc?

As of 7/1/2024, all candidates hired will receive a bonus of $350 when they hit their 90 day evaluation providing they are in good standing with regards to attendance points and performance. If they are in good standing with regards to attendance points and performance at 6 months, they will receive a further $500.

Can you perform the essential qualifications of the job? You will need to be able to lift 50lbs continuously throughout your shift. You will need to be able to see to 20/20 with or without glasses.
You will be able to have experience of the following:
- Set up, retool, and oversee variety of machines monitoring for close tolerance
- Oversee close tolerance calibrations on each machine
- Calculate and document production levels and machine performance
- Job qualifications include, but not limited to:
- Basic Math skills
- CNC operation experience or equivalent preferable
- Experience using calipers, micrometers preferable
