Position Details:

• Hours: Varied shifts between 8 am and 6 pm. Monday through Friday with weekends as needed.
• Starting Wage: $14 per hour for unexperienced, higher starting based on experience, up to $16 per hour starting.
• Mileage Reimbursement: We value your hard work and compensate you for travel.
• Occasional Tips: Our satisfied clients appreciate your efforts.

Service Area for our South Team:

• North Holland to North Muskegon: You’ll cover a wide service area, ensuring that our clients’ spaces are spotless.
• Primary Service Locations: Spring Lake, Grand Haven, Norton Shores and surrounding.

Requirements:

• Reliability: Punctuality and consistency are essential. Be on time.
• Attention to Detail: We take pride in our work, and we expect the same from you.
• Positive Attitude: A friendly demeanor goes a long way.
• Valid Driver’s License: You’ll need to commute to various locations.
• Your own reliable transportation: you'll need to drive between locations, and carry cleaning supplies in your vehicle at times. Additional mileage Compensation for carrying supplies.
• Work Authorization: You must be authorized to work in the United States. We require 2 forms of ID for the identity verification forms, in compliance with USA employment laws.
• Clean Criminal Record: Minor traffic violations and some misdemeanors may be considered on a case by case basis. We do run background checks. *No violence or theft of any kind will be considered, due to the nature of the business, as we are entrusted in going into peoples homes, often when they are not home.
