Pay Rate for PRN:
Regular Visit $50 per visit
ROC $85
SOC $125
DC $60
The right home health candidate will: Demonstrate proficient skills using Oasis to admit, transfer, re-certify, and discharge home health patients in regards to physician orders. Will be able to Case Manage and coordinate with LVN’ s and HHA’s in the delivery of patient care. Maintain compliance with agency policy and procedures. Be familiar with the Conditions of Participation 2021 regulations for Home Health.
Must have:
- Be a registered nurse (RN) with a current license.
- Minimum of one year of home health nursing experience as a RN
