Responsibilities
- Manage wound care staff.
- Direct all wound care service activities – making recommendations for staff/patient ratios.
- Serve as a liaison between staff and administration.
- Promote productivity of staff.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures and accreditation standards.
Qualifications
- Must possess RN Licensure in good standing.
- Have current CPR certification and maintain same.
- Must have Certified Wound Specialist certification and maintains same.
- Minimum of five years nursing experience is required.
- Three years’ experience in wound care supervisory roles, with increasing responsibility, desired.
