We are seeking enthusiastic, charismatic, and professional individuals to join our team as Princess Party Performers. In this role, you will bring magic to life by portraying beloved princess characters at children’s parties and events. This is a fun and rewarding position that requires a love for performing, a passion for making kids smile, and the ability to create magical experiences for families.
Key Responsibilities
• Portray assigned princess characters with professionalism and authenticity.
• Engage with children and families, staying in character throughout the event.
• Perform activities such as storytelling, singing, dancing, or leading games (depending on your assigned role).
• Pose for photos, answer questions, and ensure every child feels included and special.
• Arrive at events on time with full costume and makeup prepared.
• Care for costumes, wigs, and props provided by the company.
• Maintain a positive and cheerful demeanor, creating an unforgettable experience for all attendees.
Qualifications
• Performance Experience: Background in theater, acting, dance, or other performance arts preferred.
• Physical Requirements: Must be able to wear costumes and wigs for extended periods and engage in light physical activity (e.g., dancing, playing games).
• Appearance: Must physically resemble princess characters (e.g., clear skin, well-groomed hair, no visible tattoos or piercings that cannot be covered by costume).
• Personality: Warm, outgoing, patient, and great with children.
• Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage and connect with a diverse audience.
• Transportation: Reliable transportation to travel to party locations.
Preferred Qualifications
• Singing ability is a strong plus.
• Experience working with children (e.g., babysitting, teaching, or similar roles).
• Knowledge of popular princess stories and characters.
Job Details
• Work Hours: Weekends and occasional weekdays, depending on party bookings.
• Training Provided: Performers will receive training to master character portrayal, including mannerisms, voice, and interaction techniques.
• Costumes and Props: Provided by the company. Performers are responsible for care and return of all items after events.
• Length of Events: Typically 15 mins-1 hour per party, with additional travel time.
